Your Responsibilities

As a production service operator, you will be responsible for supporting production through service, logistics, and material handling.

Your role includes, among other things:

• Ensuring internal logistics through loading, unloading, goods reception, as well as packaging and dispatching

• Managing waste, recycling, and ordering of consumables in collaboration with external parties

• Performing inventory management, administrative tasks, and reporting in business systems

• Supporting maintenance and production through handling spare parts and internal service

• Working according to applicable safety procedures and participating in 5S work, safety rounds, and HSE activities

Working Hours: Daytime

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical high school education and experience from a manufacturing or production environment. You are structured, meticulous, and results-oriented, with good problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions within given frameworks. You enjoy collaborating in a team, willingly share your knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment. You are flexible and quickly take on new tasks while working methodically and with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Technical education or equivalent

• Experience from a manufacturing or production environment

• Ability to follow safety and work procedures

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Forklift license

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, good level of English

Meritorious:

• Experience with LEAN principles (e.g., 5S, TPM)

• Experience with production control systems, robot control, or SAP

• Experience with chemical handling
